[s-cars] Dreaded won't start ...

In addition to a potential POS problem I can also point out that 
frayed wires where the wiring harness enters the coil pack can also 
blow that fuse.  Worth a check anyway.

Any other potential problems?  I have an urS6 down right at this 
moment with the same blown fuse problem.
