[s-cars] Can a stock 1992 RSB be mounted to a 1993 car with the HRSB mounting brackets?

I have the HRSB brackets and might be able to get a 1992 stock RSB bar. Can 
the 1992 RSB be mounted to the car with the brackets, or do they only work with 
the HRSB?
