[s-cars] Can a stock 1992 RSB be mounted to a 1993 car with theHRSB mounting brackets?

A stock bar can be mounted to the adapters, but...... you have to have a set
of the aluminum saddles for the stock bars bushing.  In lieu of Hap's custom
Hapersized bar bush, you would use the stock OEM bushing brackets and
bushing.  AFAIK, these, the aluminum OEM rubber bushing saddles or "cups",
were only made in very limited quantities and distributed with the 1st, and
maybe 2nd sets of RSB adapters.
