I've never been a fan of unplugging the connector at the rack simply
from the standpoint of getting the connectors all gunked up with dirt
and grime.  If you ever want to reconnect it you'll be spending time
trying to clean all that up, not to mention that the terminals
themselves will likely have corroded and you won't have a good
connection, though I suppose the grime ought to help preserve it ;-)

The '92 and '93 cars have the relay located behind the glove box instead
of in the relay box under the hood.  Here is a link with the how to for
