[s-cars] Disabling the servotronic

It will cut down the boost on the power steering. Steering will feel less 
"overboosted" at speed, but slow speed manuvering will require a bit of 
muscle. I didn't find the unplugging the servotronic to give the car much 
more steering "feel" and the wife wasn't too happy, when she backed the car 
out of the garage. Experiment pretty much ended there. Give it a try. You 
may like it.
