[s-cars] S-CARs At 30 degrees F

Brian,

Yes, I know it's warning me :)
Main question was if it should perform like this? Don't feel any turbo 
"kick"
It just accelerates slowly and surely. Like i don't have turbocharger.
Is it because of cold?
