[s-cars] S-CARs At 30 degrees F

As others have said, it is the snowflake symbol. It comes on when conditions
are possible for icing ( 40F or less), on the right of the temp display.
When below freezing the snowflake is on the left side of the temp.
When I had a rip in my MM hose I could not hear the noise with the windows
up. No surging , just wouldn't make power like it used to.
