[s-cars] S-CARs At 30 degrees F

mine started doing the same thing, too. it's running
smoothly, but power is down and the digital boost gauge
shows 1.2 bar total (actual pressure in manifold). from
time to time, it'll deliver lots more power and the digital
boost gauge shows a corresponding increase in boost (2 bar
or higher).
i found that the boost line had loosened up and could easily
be moved around on the moisture trap, so i cut the old clamp
off and installed a hose clamp that i got at the hardware
store. however, this hose clamp seemed to have trouble
clamping on a hose that small, even though it was supposed
to be able to go down to 1/4", and after the clamp replacement,
boost was initially improved but then fell back to 1.2 bar.
i picked up a US-made Ideal hose clamp from the auto parts
store. it's the same size but seems to clamp the hose better.
i haven't tried the car yet, but i hope that fixes the problem.
