[s-cars] Ok, where the heck is the autocheck buzzer in a 1995 A6?

I have a bad habit of leaving the lights on in my 1995 A6 Avant. I like that 
buzzer that tells me the lights are on when the key is out, but mine is not 
working.

So, I bought a used one from the local salvage yard, and looked at where it 
is in the Bentley, took out the IC and it isn't there! Not even a plug for it 
where I thought it would be, on the right side of the IC. 

So where the heck is this thing? I am looking for the relay that has the 
chime that sounds when the car is started, when the brake pad light is on, when 
the key is in and the door is open, etc.
