[s-cars] Chirping sound from HVAC fan?

Josh is right, definitely replace the heater core.  I wish I had done mine at the same time I replaced my fan.  I had a very cold drive home from the mountains last year after blowing the heater core at the Georgetown Lake quattro ice driving event!

  It's the heater blower motor. Not easy to replace, but not as bad as  
  some people make it out to be. You'll probably want to replace the  
  heater core "while you're in there," as it's a pain to pull all that  
  stuff again to replace it.
