[s-cars] Failed Emissions are now Passed

Thanks to all for the advice ... seems the faulty culprit was the 3rd wire 
of the 3-wire sensor (the black one), and yes, I spliced in a 31913 for a 
1986 Ford Escort, available at Checker for 39.00.

I spliced the sensor in the exhaust bung but failed to clean the original 
wire contacts from the once stock sensor.  Seems 3 years of corrosion caused 
the CIK light and the failed smog test. I assumed since my A/F Ration meter 
was operating fine, that the wiring was AOK. It seems wiring the meter in 
before the corroded connection provides a signal...

Failed Test
900 rpm idle: HCppm 224, CO 2.28
2500 rpm      HCppm 253, CO 3.80

15 cent emory board... (270.00 at the dealer, but you get the 4-ring logo!)

Passed Test
900 rpm idle: HCppm 93, CO 0.12
2500 rpm      HCppm 73, CO 0.40
