[s-cars] 255/40 17 Snow Tires

I once saw a Road and Track snow tire test.   They tested a Corvette back 
when it came with 255 50/16's.   They used the same size for the snows and 
did acceleration tests on ice.    If it worked for a Corvette...why not an 
AWD S-Car?   ;-)

Seriously, on 8"s you can run 225/45-17. Still a pretty wide snowie.
