[s-cars] new radar trap in Edmonton

While in Edmonton this summer, I was told about  a new radar trap the 
police were using.  I thought it was a bit far fetched (compared to what 
is legal in PA) and I found this information on Snoops.  Wow!  Beware in 
Edmonton and I guess Alberta too.
