Ivan:
Actually no - and I've rebuilt 3 sets so far - and my rebuilds have
outlasted "rebuilt" calipers that I had previously purchased when exposed
to New England winters.
When I rebuild all I replace is the ebrake seal (#4), and only if
necessary, the caliper piston seal and boot (#s22&23).
The most important part of the rebuild is to ensure that the ebrake lever (
#3) is polished and smooth so there will be a good seal.
If it is too pitted, you best look for a replacement....
If you need to replace other parts ( ie your #14 & 30) you will have to
seek a compatible replacement part or get one from another caliper.
