Yes, at the back.

Bolted, screwed or pressure fit

Held in by clip with o-ring to seal.

 Do I need to release fuel pressure in the 
> system prior to R&R or.?

Yes, release the pressure by unscrewing feed line at firewall, use rag
to prevent fuel spray.

  Anything else?

If its original, then the vacuum line will have a crimped-on clamp that
needs to be cut off. Make sure you have a small gear clamp to replace.
