[s-cars] Concert radio code

It depends...sort of.  All Concert 1 radios do have a security code.
However, for some reason, not all need their code to work.  I purchased mine
via Audifans marketplace with the code.  When I installed it an fired it up,
voila, no code necessary.  I know Tom Mullane has had the same experience.
I say install it and see what happens.  You may be good to go.

Concert I radios definitely need a code.
 You may luck out with 1111 or 1234, though.
