[s-cars] 92-95 UrS Phatbox Upgrade

Steve,

A number of people have installed a second 12volt plug in the 
bottom of the console, behind the parking brake, facing up 
(towards the armrest).

This is on the C5. I do not know whether there's room to do this 
in the C4...but it is an obvious place for the plug, given that's 
where the device might be too...
