[s-cars] 92-95 UrS Phatbox Upgrade

I spoke with Chris Semple at Force 5 today regarding another item and we
touched on the console replacement issue.  He indicated he would help me
determine what parts of the console would be needed in lieu of replacing the
whole console.  That would open up the possibility of using '96-up C4 A6
console parts, which should make the conversion cheaper.  More to come....

and if you get the 95.5 console, it already has an outlet there.
