[s-cars] Time to revisit headlights?

I'm not sure why you think the UrS projector headlamps are at all
bad. Are they (and the VERY delicate reflectors) clean? Are the
lenses pitted? I'd look at fixing those things first. The stock 9006
lows are only okay, but since I fitted 9012's (and 9011 high) they're
actually notably better than my 200Q's Euro's, and notably better
than my really very decent Euro's on my A2 GTi (7" round). Even
better yet, you CAN put 9011's in the low beam position, no more
effort than 9012's. The biggest issue I have is the cut-off is so sharp,
that properly aimed all I see is deer legs, no scatter up to the body.
So, I'm simply looking to aim them up a bit, but not flare other
drivers. Only problem is there's so few "other" drivers here it takes
a long time to find out where that level is!
So, FWIW, I'd go back over the condition of your lights and wiring.
The basic optical stuff is decent, just not sure if the condition is up
to snuff.
