Part Number Delphi D3165BA (Lucas old 5203002, Lucas New 621037) 
Static Flow Rate: 37.27 lb/hr @ 43.5PSI (300kPa) or 282gm/min 
Static Flow Rate: 43.04 lb/hr @ 58.0PSI (300kPa) or 326gm/min 
Dynamic Flow Rate: 8.42 gm/pulse - 2.5ms pulse width and 10ms repetition rate @ 43.5PSI 
Coil Resistance: 15.9 Ohms / High Impedance / High-Z (No ECM driver modifications required)



I could not find a listing for D31658A. Part number D3165BA is the injector Mihnea recommends for RS2 turbo tuning. This injector easily keeps up with that application, but I don't recall what turbo you're using now.
