  Qualityimportparts.com should have it  under electrical-sensors and  
instruments.
Check the color of the insulator if you have no other information.   
Perhaps Fred knows
since he has an S4.

I am less sure about the electrical problems, but you have said  
ignition switch several times.
These things fail regularly, but not necessarily in this fashion.  It  
has to be high on the list of
suspects though.
