Gabriel, you bring up an interesting issue that reminds me of a problem
that I thought everyone should know what can happen when they do not
clean out that tray.  A $3,000 repair bill.  When the drain hole clogs
and a gullywasher comes along, the water overflow comes into the car
through fan box (I believe) and fries the electronics that are placed
very low in the passenger side floor. My mechanic got into the car,
turned the car on and that was it.  

The HBL mechanic said that he had seen 7 S cars that had this problem.
Audi should have warned us, but did not.

You have water in your fan box.  Clean out your plenum drain.  There is
a big rubber grommet that needs to be cleaned out (or completely
removed).  To get at it remove the rain tray from under the hood and
then look near the middle of the car for the drain hole.
