Edward:  My info "source" must be out of the country searching for vehicles to import into Canada.  As a result, all I can offer is the Transport Canada website link below.  Since the vehicle is on the approved list (there is a link to that list on the website below) AND it would be "settlers effects" anyway, I doubt that you will have any problems.  There is a 1-888 number to phone as well.
