[s-cars] Bentley CD...install/activate more than once?

Hi all,

Anyone know if the Bentley CD can be installed more than once? 
Specifically, if I get a used copy (real, pressed original copy, but
used,) will I be able to register it on my computer, or will the
activation fail because it will "know" I am on a different computer
when it calls home to the web site? (Assuming it does that)

I have a chance to get one cheap, but if it can't be registered, what
good is it?
