[s-cars] Rear Brakes

This is a common problem, parking brake mechanism seizes with rust and
wears out the pads. The consensus is to replace with rebuilt calipers,
$105 each.

IMHO, its not worth it to machine the rotors, just replace with new,
they are relatively cheap.
