[s-cars] more boost with rs2 turbo

I think typically, the spring will control the rate of change of the 
wastegate, and contributes to how the wastegate responds to pressure on the 
diaphragm below it.
It has everything to do with wastegate creep.

Ultimately if you leave the motronic (or whatever ECU you use) to control 
the boost, then it will control the boost to what is programmed in the ecu.
