Part number is 4A0 959 101 A.
Cheapest source for me was the dealer - it was cheaper than AutoCamping
(aftermarket).

Well, I just installed the UrS4's third heater blower on the weekend (one
every 6 years, not bad I guess). Having failed to remember all the details
from the last install and having spent more time than necessary figuring out
how to do it again, I shot a series of photos and wrote it up so at least I
will save some time when 2011 rolls around and it's time for another one.
I didn't remove the heater box; it's not required if only the blower is
replaced.
The write-up is available as a 1.5 Mb PDF file and I'll send it out on
request.
Ah, the sweet sound of silence (from the blower at least).
