[s-cars] moisture on outside of power steering hose

S-Heads,

Patient is a 95 S6 with 130,000 miles on it.  Whilst I was replacing a 
head light bulb, I noticed moisture on the outside of hose coming from 
the bottom of the hydraulic fluid reservoir - the one sitting ontop of 
the windshield washer fluid.  I believe this is the power steering 
fluid.  So, what would be causing moisture on the out side of this 
hose.  No, it's not raining like in the NE - it's been dry in Pittsburgh.
