[s-cars] Steering Dampener

thanks for the warning. im definitely an over tightener,, in fact im hoping
i can use a banjo bolt from my parts s-car on my 4k that i snapped while
replacing the fuel lines yesterday... no fun at all. ...guess these big guns
are too much for the pewney bolts :/
