Yes, it would fit.  I don't think you'll find that changing the location of the IM by 3/8" is going to mess with the fitment of anything else.

I have a 1991 200q with the 3B 20vt.

Will the same spacers as used in the UR-S AAN 20vt fit the IM of the 1991
3B 20vt?
