I'm looking at getting a new A4 and probably going with the Quartz Gray, 
which best matches the horizontal grill piece, and painting the chrome grill 
trim body color to minimize the nose effect.  Other option; white and body 
color the whole damn grill....  Of course, if I do it, after taking 
advantage of the good lease program, it means I've bought the car, but 
that's my plan anyway.  My S6 avant is all body color except for the Audi 
rings on the grill and the badges.  The black S6 sedan even has the Audi 
rings blacked out, although the body shop screwed up on that one.  Improves 
even the old C4 look.

By the way, kid comments on the A4: nearly 14 year old son, who has grown 4 
inches in 4 months and passed his 5'7" mother; "I can't @#$%^ sit in this 
back seat.  Mom's going to have to sit here!"  Both he and 10 year old 
daughter: "This thing doesn't have back air conditioning vents??!!  It costs 
how much??!! Geez!!"

I concur on that one.  The G35 has about the same non existent rear leg 
room, but it has rear vents standard.

I note that there is now a lease deal on the A4 3.2's, but it seems to 
specify the Tip...have to check whether they'll include the 6-speed, 
although I think I'll stick with the 2.0T and take the suggested APR route.
