[s-cars] Brake light staying on after start up

I can confirm that -- my 10 second brake light went away after I flushed
the fluid.  However, ever since then my steering rack squeals near full
lock.  It's not unusual for a car to do that, of course, but it was
totally silent before I did the flush.  Weird, eh?  Could be just a
coincidence...
