[s-cars] Looking for new fender

I know, bad form answering you own question, but I found the answer. The "F"
version is for S-cars and if you have a side turn signal there's a hole to
be cut in it.

So I'm doing a google search for fenders and come across a very well priced
fender but it looks as if it's for an A6 not S6.

ETKA shows two numbers:

4A0 821 105 D and 4A0 821 105 F. The note with F states it's for S6 with
side turn signals.

My car does not have side turn signals. Is the "D" the right one or am I
missing something.
