[s-cars] Removing washer nozzles

When I have had to take them off to do other maintenance they came off
easy. I just pried the two tabs of the plastic cover/difuser/whatever
up and popped that off and then just pulled on the nozzles. They just
popped off with a click. Do not sit in front of them when you do this
as you will get sprayed by washer fluid. There seems to be a little
pressure behind them but only the fluid from the hose down to the nozzle
sprays out, not the whole resivoir. To put them back in, just push them
back on and they click into place. Maybe this isn't the right way, but
I've had them off 4 or 5 times and they always pop back in with a solid
click and work fine.
