[s-cars] New clutch, and rear diff limits

The RS2 uses the same lockable rear diff as the '92-'95 S4/6.  Only the
'90-'94 Audi V8 used a Torsen rear diff.  

The 90q is around 3400 lbs so I would estimate the RS2, which is based
on a 90q Avant, to be around 3500 lbs.
