[s-cars] Portland help needed

I don't know if there are any listers in the Portland, Oregon vicinity... but I'm here working, and drove my '85 UrQ.  The left front outer CV joint is going away very quickly.
 
What I'm looking for is either a reference to a reasonable shop that can install a part I provide, or someone who has some space where I could do it myself while they watch, laugh, and drink the beer I bring along.
 
I'm staying near 181st and I-84.
 
Any help or suggestions appreciated.
