Not sure of the metal of the ABS sensor, but for steel to steel you might
try http://www.pbblaster.com/ or http://tinyurl.com/ochrs. I've had amazing
luck with PB Blaster and have heard equally amazing stories about the Wurth
stuff. HTH.

Subject: [s-cars] Get the ABS sensor out on a rusted car

Hi all,

Less urgent than my axle problem posted earlier, I haven’t find a way to
remove the ABS sensor from the bearing housing. It seems to be made of soft
metal and it doesn’t move if I try to gently pull from the outside or when
gently hammering it from the inside. Is there any way to remove it without
finishing with a unusable piece of wrecked metal?

Vincent.

P.S. : I got the same problem on the older 90Q20V and finished with a
unusable piece of wrecked metal
still stuck in the bearing housing! So I
don’t want to renew the experience with the S6.
