[s-cars] HID Gb - replacement parts

Even if temporary, jumper the fogs to run with ignition on. Then run fogs as
low beams in populated areas where the cops lurk, until you can get an
ignitor. That will at least hold the revenuers at bay until you can get a
proper repair. I guess there IS an occasional advantage of the composite
headlamps.
