[s-cars] light upgrade

The 2W inst bulbs are part # 893 919 040A like these:

You'll find them in many of the online parts catalogues by searching  
for the part #.   They are not URS4/6
OEM parts.   They work well in the inst panel to give more light in  
the city, daytime, etc.  You can easily
dim them down on dark roads.
