Hap's recent comments, while parked at Elite Auto Glass...
 
Anyone in the CO area needing a windshield, talk to Elite.  I just recently had mine done, and it cost $240 and change.  There was no additional charge for them to do it at my home to boot.
 
On top of that, I had an absolutely excellent tech (Anthony Chumley) who performed the work.  He had firsthand knowledge of Audi A pillar trim removal, and was very cautious throughout the job... no prying tools used, no damage done.
 
At that cost, and for that kind of service... 2 thumbs up in my book.
