[s-cars] Serpentine belt tensioner bearing

I called a local bearing house to source the SNR 6203 FT 150 bearing and
within a week they supplied
a korean made KBC bearing with the following number on the box 6230-2RS
W/FT150
Bascally any 6203 sealed bearing rated for 150 deg C temperatures will
work.  The temp rating is important.
