[s-cars] 17" S4 Replica Center Caps/Audi Emblem

All, have been searching for either the center cap with Audi emblem or just the emblem in the center of the cap for 17" S4 replica wheel.
Tried to test fit an OE cap at the dealer last Saturday - it is the same diameter, but doesn't fit on the wheel.
Anyone have a source for above? I tried Wheel Exchange, Wheels and Caps, and Lakeshore - no dice.
