[s-cars] Correct position for the "Diff front support bushing"?

Thanks Sean, I was hoping to do it in place... But it's a pretty tight
fit. I was refering to the back ones for the control arm bushings, also
hoping that could be done in place...

Best of luck for your installation, that's a big job, but the car will
be like new again!

You will have to support the differential and pull out the cross member
so you can take it to your workbench. You will probably have to separate
the driveshaft from the differential too to give you clearance. Just
make sure to mark the position on the flange.

Which control arm bushings are you refering too? The front or back? The
rear control arm (aka trapezoidal arm) must be removed to get to the
rear bushings which must be pressed out/in. The front support bushing is
in a bracket and you may be able to do this without pulling the trap
arm.

I've prepped "re-conditioned" trap arms, brackets, toe brackets, rear
subframe, diff mounts etc. with all new bushings and mounts. Not to
mention "reconditioned" front struts, rear wheel housings, new wheel
bearings, front and back. They are ready to be installed hopefully this
weekend if all goes well.
