Nothing special, Jerry.  Find a short (3-5 inch) piece of 3 inch 
(nominal) light weight PVC pipe and a cap to fit.  Drill a hole in 
the cap for a tire valve and insert same.  Use PVC glue to glue the 
cap to the pipe and you're set to go.
