[s-cars] Pressure Tester-Doofus

Manny,

The piece is I believed called a clean out, and it fits into the
hose that would slip onto the outlet of the MAF, and I use the hose
clamp.

FYI,  the "clean out" is a somewhat tight fit getting it in the hose,
which is a good thing.
