I think you are describing the Audi part# 034 145 742 E vacuum hose
that sells for ~ $150. A close inspection will reveal it is indeed a
Samco
cousin-- a hi-temp silicone hose with a protective wrap. I would go
shopping for one of those double barbed brass splicers before buying a
new hose. There are some aftermarket silicone vacuum hoses available
as well. They just won't have all the fancy bends.
The elegant little clamp is Audi part# N102 582 01 and is very cheap by
comparison, < $2.
