[s-cars] Replacing a CV joint

i also used the old axle bolt to remove the outer CV joint.  some
people have found that the bolt isn't quite long enough to get the
CV joint off, but the fix is simple: find a small piece of metal
(a small bolt, for example) and put it in the hole before inserting
the axle bolt.  that effectively increases the length of the bolt
for the purpose of pushing the CV joint off.
