Yeh.  I am waiting patiently for the RS2s to get to be 15 years from the 
build month. By the time that happens, they will either all be trashed or 
they will be too expensive or I just won't care any more.  I would settle 
for an S2 Avant but even they weren't built until 1993 or 1994. In theory,
 there should be 1993 S4 avants coming up as well (none from 1992).

An RR 20vt engined UrQ is likely going to be untouchable pricewise.  I do 
know a fellow in the UK (RHD) who has one (but its a keeper).  He just 
sold his UrS4 to buy an A6 TDi estate (wagon)/avant.

Transport Canada is totally stupid on the Avant thing.  Even when I tell 
them we got 1994 Audi 100 Avants and 1995-97 A6 Avants directly from 
Germany, they don't care.  S6 Avants from the US (from the same German
 factory) are still verboten.  This is all because they asked Audi America if
 the S6 Avants would meet the child tether requirements and Audi said 
"No".  Transport Canada won't go against that and take on the 
responsibility, even though in reality, they already have it via the 100 and
 A6 Avants. Dumb.

On a related note, 1998 A6 Avants from the States are okay.  What TC 
doesn't realize was the early run of 1998 A6 Avants were C4 bodies (the
 same as the evil S6) not C5.  They just think they are all C5.  I am not
 going to tell them in case I find a nice 1998 C4 Avant in the US.

Just think that we can import urQ20V, 205 Turbo16, Escort Corsworth or any other Group B ersatz, and soon S2 and RS2, I mean if our bank manager and/or best half would let us commit ourself in such crazyness, and say "Thank you TC... You f**g b**ds with the Avant thing", but thank you first.

     the brain and read "Avant" when all you said was Europa Blue S6.  At

    Did I said Avant? No. Surely not. If it was the case, I would have sit on
    the hood of the car and waited for the owner, then waited a bit more until
    he's pissed off seeing me sit on the hood of his car, and say "Could you
    please sit on the hood of YOUR car!" to what I would have answer "OK. Make
