[s-cars] How-to: AAN Serpentine Belt Tensioner Rebuild

Yeah that was what I found too. My bearing was alright, but the spring
loaded part was shot. I could pry the roller away from the belt with a
wrench and it would stay where I pried it to leaving actual slack in the
belt. I'm lucky I didn't throw the belt. Rebuilding the tensioner part
that actually creates the tension is either not possible or not
cost/time effective. I just ordered the tensioner with roller from
Scott Mockry (SJM) for $179, which if I recall was significantly less
than the stealership. Here's Scott's info in case you don't already
have it. Might as well get a belt while you're at it as the one you
have may have a shortened life span due to the bad tensioner.

The bearing is a standard part - part number is something like 6203??? Don't recall for sure. Just know it's got a "6" in it and some alpha identifiers at the end. How's that for help?
