[s-cars] Help replacing springs

That's easy...

Just be careful not to kill yourself or someone else with the springs.  
An air powered impact gun makes it easier but it can be done without 
it.  No special tools are needed except the spring compressors. 

Replace the strut mounts while your at it and just take your time.
